Maintenance request

Today I made a maintenance request as my kitchen lights burned out. Within an hour, Josh showed up at my place and had the ... problem taken care of in 5 minutes! The maintenance crew has always responded quickly and resolved my problems. Today was no different, thanks to Josh. Front Office Staff

I just wanted to take the time out to say that the staff in the front office are AMAZING. Kati is always so kind and helpful. ... And let me say her shoes are always on point. I never had a bad experience with anyone in the front. Everyone is always so helpful and so kind. Andrew who I met during my applying for my apartment was super friendly and helpful. Also made sure my move in process was easy. Kati and Napoleon are always friendly and ready/willing to help with any issues. Very rare that we find just genuinely kind people and this office is filled with them. So grateful for them and all their help thus far. Love living here!!! Read More about Front Office Staff

Under the new Management here, I have noticed an effort to improve living conditions. Under this new management came one ... of the most polite, sincere, and fast acting maintenance gentlemen I have come across. Tony assisted in repairing a drain, Fixing an oven, and repairing a towel rack, all of which he got done within one hour.
